When you visit our congregation, you will be greeted warmly and with respect. Upon entering the building, you will note that there is no special or reserved seating (James 2:1-4) 1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons. 2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; 3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: 4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts? KJV . Please make yourself at home and be ready to worship God. You will find the worship service to be orderly and respectful, designed to bring glory to God (1 Cor 14:40) Let all things be done decently and in order. KJV . You will not be asked to do anything that might embarrass you, and you will not be solicited for money. We ask our visitors to fill out a card so that we can send them a note of thanks, but even that is optional. We want you to feel comfortable and at home. |
